When listing sites, please be sure to...
A few quick things:
1) Please post the site's domain, ex: www.thenewestcoolestsiteever.com
2) Please give a brief description of what the site is providing.
3) Please give us your personal take as to why you felt this resource was worth mentioning?
*4) Bonus: If you include a screenshot of the site in the thread, you will forever know eternal glory.

So a buddy of mine on my server recently got interested in transmog (probably after I tried to bribe him with 10k to farm a particular boe for me). He shared a really cool website with me last night,
http://www.worldofwardrobes.net/
I really like the way you can look for items within specific colour ranges. Clicking on the item pictures will take you to the wowhead writeup on the item, which is useful. It's an amazing site for getting ideas. I got some really awesome ideas for my set that I was missing some pieces for. In fact I had a total epiphany and am completely redoing some of it to be slightly less matchy matchy.
http://wowroleplaygear.com/
Another awesome site. It was the first mogging site I found when I started looking for stuff. Is very nicely organized into armor types, nice pictures and very good summary descriptions of where the pieces can be found.
Also, most are probably already familiar with keelhaul's various mogging lists on the hatchery. I have a completely different price list in my head that I use, though the tier breakdown as well as the items in the list were absolutely invaluable to me when starting out.

Mogit
Can be downloaded from http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/mogit
It has a fairly large database of items that you can basically try on your toon, as well as it enables you to visually see what every item on the ah or in your bags looks like on you by hovering over it. I find it useful for picking up deals on the ah on items that I wouldn't normally have looked for to buy, but might be the exact colour scheme as a popular selling item etc. lol It can however be a bit inconvenient if your level 1 banker that sells your xmog items happens to be an orc though. The most amazing robes and shirts look hideously distorted and horrifically ugly on him. I am convinced nothing looks good on orcs. I do wish there was an option I could try stuff on toons that I'm not currently logged into (I can't guarantee that there isn't though and I'm just too dingy to have noticed)
