Well, I feel thoroughly outdone in posts here. Guess I should elaborate?

I'm Tmara, known in more places online as Marrra. I'm a level 35 human, partially gemmed and enchanted though working to change that to fully. I'm playing on Earthen Ring (US) Horde side. My main is Minimar, a goblin DK (who used to be an orc but as soon as I got the Roaring Mask of Bethek I race changed because it looked so much more awesome on a goblin - true story). I love tanking. I never used to - used to be blood dps before they changed it all and I got all sad and changed to frost dps. But then my guild talked me into tanking because they needed another tank and I haven't looked back since. There's just something about being a vicious little b*tch screaming taunts and insults at the boss mobs to keep their attention off my group that makes me feel complete inside. I also have 3 more 85's - troll priest, tauren druid and goblin hunter. The druid is the only one of them that would come close to pulling me away from my DK at any stage. I've been playing on and off since Vanilla.

I am the GM of Kamikaze Runners, a casual guild (though level 25, we rock) for mature (as in older, not necessarily boring) people including couples and parents, who understand that Real Life™ happens. Raiding has been kinda difficult, getting people to commit to a regular schedule and such, but we're reworking things and it will hopefully work out. We're more about the fun and friendly atmosphere anyway, but many of us would just like to progression raid, too. It's a hard mix.

As for the aforementioned Real Life™ - I'm a mother of a 12 year old son who I have got interested in transmogging also. We're working on completing a decent set for his level 50 hunter at the moment, mostly from quest rewards. He told me that next time there's a fashion show, he wants to be there ^_^. My fiancé also plays WoW, though not so much since our raiding schedule went funky. He's more into SWTOR at the moment. The important thing is that he's a gamer like me, so we have lots of laughs and gaming related discussions and funnies. I currently volunteer at the local animal shelter while looking for work. If I ever do get a job, it unfortunately means less of me in WoW at play times when my US friends are on. Stupid timezones.

*thinks* What else...? I have 3 cats, 2 stick insects and lots of stick insect eggs. We'd have dogs as well, if our rental agent let us. I like drawing (though I'm not all that good at it) and gaming. I prefer funny, action or animated movies. My favourite TV shows are Castle, Big Bang Theory, Chuck, Burn Notice, Fringe, Warehouse 13, Glee, Mythbusters and Time Warp. Terry Pratchett is the best author ever, though my all-time favourite book is Redemption of Althalus by David Eddings.
